New appointment and promotion at Swindell & Pearson

East Midlands patent and trade mark firm Swindell & Pearson is delighted to welcome Stephen Jackson to the firm as a trainee patent attorney.

After completing an MPhys in Physics at the University of Manchester, Stephen undertook a PhD on polymer deformation and fracture at the University of Sheffield.

On joining the firm, Stephen commented:

“Swindell & Pearson appealed to me because of the expertise of its patent attorneys, and its reputation for great client care. I’m looking forward to helping the firm’s clients obtain protection for their interesting inventions”.

The firm is also very pleased to announce that Joe Baumber has been promoted to the role of associate. Joe joined Swindell & Pearson in 2015 as a trainee patent attorney and has since been working with some of the firm’s biggest clients helping them to protect their valuable inventions. Joe is currently working towards qualifying as a patent attorney having passed his most recent set of exams.
