Homebuyers in Leicestershire can be assured of an industry leading service when buying with David Wilson Homes following the recent announcement of the company’s record ninth year as five star homebuilder as rated by the Home Builder’s Federation (HBF).

The accolade is based on an industry wide survey of over 52,000 buyers, with more than 90% of people questioned stating they would recommend David Wilson Homes to a friend*.

Now the team behind one of the company’s developments, Forest Chase in Leicester Forest East, lifts the lid on what makes so many of their customers want to recommend them.

A total of 60 employees are currently working at the Forest Lane development, ensuring 8,000 bricks are laid and 200 cups of tea are brewed each day for the workers.

Not only have the homes been recognised locally, but Senior Site Manager at the development Henry Patecki recently won the Supreme Award in the Large Builder category of the Pride in the Job campaign run by the NHBC.

Thanks to the successful team, quality of the properties and the location of the development, the homes have now nearly all sold out, so homebuyers are being urged to act quickly if they want to secure a dream home at Forest Chase.
