Nottingham agency celebrates record-breaking award wins

ESTABLISHED independent Nottinghamshire agency, Royston & Lund, has been awarded five top awards at a recent industry ceremony in London – the best result in the company’s 24 year history.

The company was awarded Best Estate Agent in the UK when attending the ESTAS at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.  Royston & Lund left the prestigious industry event with five top awards – not only winning Best Estate Agent in the UK but also picking up gold for the East Midlands in the Sales and Lettings categories - voted for by clients for their high level of customer service - with silver for Lettings Services, as voted for by landlords.

The agency also claimed the top spot for the Best Guild Agent for Property Professionals.

“We’re absolutely delighted to have won so many awards this year. We’ve achieved gold awards for the East Midlands area previously but this is by far our most successful year to date - winning Best Estate Agent Office in the UK,” said Gary Lund, director at Royston & Lund.

The 15th annual awards were hosted by television property expert Phil Spencer and the shortlists and winners are decided by customers. The awards are shortlisted regionally and nationally, with only the elite beating competition from across the UK.  

Royston & Lund has recently opened a second office in Keyworth, with demand for properties in the area continuing to grow.
