Double Award Success for Kingswood Residential Investment Management

Nottingham lettings and management company finalists in Nottingham Post Business Awards and Property Week Resi’ Awards

There is cause for double celebration at a Nottingham lettings and management company following the news that the firm and its owner have been shortlisted in the finals of two prestigious awards.

Kingswood Residential Investment Management, based on Regent Street in Nottingham city centre, is shortlisted in the ‘Newcomer of the Year’ category at Property Week’s Resi’ Awards. The firm’s owner, Adam Kingswood, is also a finalist in the ‘Property Professional of the Year’ category at The Nottingham Post Business Awards.

Commenting on making it to the finals in two awards, Adam Kingswood said:

“Being a new company we have not been associated with any awards before and I am delighted to have made it to the finals in both! We are up against some very strong competition at both awards but the company has got off to a strong start, delivering excellent service to our landlord clients and tenants. The team has worked very hard so I will be keeping my fingers crossed that we are successful at both award ceremonies.”

The Property Week Resi’ Awards is a national award competition that celebrates the successes and achievements of people and companies within the UK’s residential property market including leading developers, landlords, letting agents, house builders, investors, housing associations and local authorities.

Kingswood Residential is shortlisted in the ‘Newcomer of the Year’ category which recognises those agencies that have achieved outstanding growth, secured landmark deals or can demonstrate something that helps them stand out in a crowded marketplace.

Kingswood’s award entry highlighted how the firm’s tailored service it delivers for its clients is rare in the lettings and management sector and how this has helped the firm achieve outstanding growth since it started in 2016. Kingswood achieved an 84% increase in the number of properties on its books during 2017 and now manages over 250 properties across Nottingham and north Nottinghamshire.

The final of the Property Week Resi’ Awards takes place on 16th May 2018 at a black-tie event at the Grosvenor House in London.

The Nottingham Post Business Awards celebrate the success and achievement of people and companies throughout Nottinghamshire. Adam Kingswood is a finalist in the ‘Property Professional of the Year’ category which recognises the achievement of an individual within the property sector who has achieved outstanding results but whose achievements often go under the radar.

The award entry highlighted Adam’s hard work in setting up the business amidst strong competition and how the firm has played a pivotal role in providing leading service levels, handling lettings for new buildings and developments in Nottingham and its work with numerous Nottingham landlords and housing associations.”

The final of the Nottingham Post Business Awards takes place on Tuesday 29th May 2018 at the East Midlands Conference Centre.

Adam adds: “To win either award would be a significant achievement and tremendous recognition of our hard work and commitment to our clients across Nottinghamshire.”
