Five Star homebuilder shows commitment to Heathcote

Leading developer David Wilson Homes East Midlands has continued to show its long-term commitment to Heathcote, Warwick with the new homes being built, the jobs it has sustained and an involvement in local projects.

Just under £4.5m is currently being invested into the area via the local authorities thanks to planning agreements at its previous and new developments.

This is thanks to the homebuilder’s Warwick Gates development that has now sold out and its current development Poet’s Meadow, which are both located just off Harbury Lane.

Upon completion, the developments will provide a total of 154 homes at Poet’s Meadow and 55 homes at Warwick Gates.

David Wilson Homes’ investment includes contributions to GP surgeries, school transport and local education projects, most notably the construction of Heathcote Primary School which is neighbouring Poet’s Meadow.

John Reddington, Managing Director at David Wilson Homes East Midlands, said:

“As a five star housebuilder, we are aware of the significant role we play in supporting local communities in and around the areas we build new homes.

“With our growing presence in Warwickshire, we’re delighted to be able to invest in the local communities wherever we can and continue to be involved in a variety of projects including a poetry competition with Heathcote Primary School for World Poetry Day.

“We have supported the area not only with the homes we build but with the funds we have contributed to the local authorities and the jobs we have created here and we will strive to maintain this objective in the future.”

Poet’s Meadow currently has a range of four and five bedroom homes available in Heathcote with prices starting from £531,995.

Anyone interested in the properties is encouraged to visit the onsite marketing suite, open Monday 12.30pm to 5.30pm and Thursday to Sunday 10.00am to 5.30pm.
