Promotions at leading Leicestershire property agency as firm goes from strength to strength

A leading property agency has made three promotions at its Ashby office as the firm continues to go from strength to strength.

Fisher German has promoted Helen Scott and Carl Pearson, from the rural team, to associate directors and Nicola Smith, from utilities and infrastructure, to senior administrator.

Helen joined Fisher German in 2010 having completed a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University College.

Her core responsibility is the management of the national Tarmac property portfolio and overseeing the contract framework across various Fisher German offices.

Other specialisms include compulsory purchase, valuation and landlord and tenant matters, and she also works on projects for the Environment Agency and E.On.

Carl studied Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University College before returning to his home roots in Yorkshire in 2010 to practise for a local firm of chartered surveyors.

He joined Fisher German in 2016 working in the rural consultancy sector and is primarily involved in the strategic management of the CEMEX (UK) investment portfolio but also undertake work for a number of traditional property portfolios and general professional work.

Nicola, now an administrator within the pipelines team, has significant experience in system and process management, having been involved with the Government Pipeline and Storage System, The Geo network and now working on the Mainline Pipeline contract.
