Sentle launches EngageInn - customer engagement for pubs and bars.

Loughborough based customer engagement platform Sentle have launched a targeted product specifically aimed at the hospitality industry. We are also exhibiting at Love Business Expo 2018 Stand B10!

EngageInn allows business owners to send personal and relevant text messages keeping their customers up to date on news and activities such as sports events, quiz nights, real ale calendar, drinks promotions and food offers.

Customers sign up via a simple and easy to use app based interface attached securely to the bar or wall, on sign up a personalised welcome text will be sent followed by well-timed news and offers based on the pubs activities and customers specific interests. All texts are opt in so no spam, the EngageInn team are also very happy to support and help with message guidance encouraging engagement and repeat custom. In terms of stats -  over 98% of texts are opened and read compared to other channels such as email which is failing to reach its potential target audience.
