It’s onwards and upwards for The Dairy’s Tom Walters after being promoted to the role of Account Manager!

West Bridgford-based creative agency The Dairy, has continued to make positive strides in 2018 after promoting Account Executive Tom Walters, to the position of Account Manager.

27-year old Tom has been with The Dairy since February 2016 in the role of Account Executive - liaising with clients on a daily basis and bringing with him specialisms in PR and social media.

Prior to joining The Dairy, Tom worked in-house for Visit Nottinghamshire - the tourist board for Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. This entry-level role provided him with grounding across design, copywriting and social media - but his passion was always to work agency side and implement creative ideas for a range of businesses in different sectors.

After two years working closely with The Dairy’s portfolio of clients - including Gala Bingo, Nottingham Trent University, Notts County Football Club and Peveril Homes - The Dairy’s MD, Nigel Rowlson, felt the time was right for Tom to make the step up to the position of Account Manager and spread his wings further.

“Tom has brought enthusiasm, sound expertise and fresh creative ideas to The Dairy since he joined us in 2016” explains MD Nigel Rowlson.

“He has come on leaps and bounds - developing his skills and becoming the go-to person for PR and social media advice. His professional approach and ability to work closely with clients and successfully manage projects through to completion has more than earned him this opportunity - and we cannot wait to see him flourish further in the role of Account Manager” added Nigel.

Tom is excited by his new role and responsibilities and keen to get to grips with managing accounts and helping clients plan ahead and think strategically for the future - “I am proud to have been part of the exciting journey The Dairy has been on in the past few years” said Tom.
“I have been fortunate enough to be involved in some great projects already, and I love that we have a forward-thinking team and a solid reputation locally. I am really looking forward to my new role and continuing to grow and develop my skill set with The Dairy!”
