Pendragon Vehicle Management Nominated for National Award

Pendragon Vehicle Management (PVM) is delighted to announce it has been shortlisted for an award at a prestigious event within its field.

The Derbyshire-based company, based on Sir Frank Whittle Road, supplies fleet vehicles and provides services to help businesses manage their fleet, serving to improve company efficiencies and reduce costs.

PVM made the final shortlist for the Fleet News Awards 2018 in the Leasing Company of the Year (up to 20,000 vehicles) category. The award will recognise the best contract hire and leasing company with a risk fleet of up to 20,000 cars and vans.

Pendragon Vehicle Management has demonstrated strong collaboration with local and national companies and this work has further supported their nomination. PVM has been able to handle the demands of large fleets whilst offering a personal service. In addition, PVM’s work with Bristan and Aarsleff Ground Engineering showcases how its services and technology benefits smaller clients.

Following their nomination for ‘Best Fleet Operation’ at the 2018 Automotive Management Awards, the Contract Hire Supply Team at Pendragon National Fleet Solutions (NFS) has also been nominated in the Fleet Dealer of the Year category. Pendragon NFS specialise in supplying vehicles to the UK's major daily rental sector and larger contract hire and leasing companies.

The Contract Hire Team, supported by both the Evans Halshaw and Stratstone dealer networks, have performed consistently well in customer SLA league tables throughout 2017. The team processed in excess of 8000 vehicle orders and received several impressive customer endorsements, being praised for their customer service levels.

Chris Palmer, Head of Marketing at Pendragon Vehicle Management, commented: “Our customer-first approach has seen us take the initiative and improve fleet operations across an array of different sized businesses across diverse industry sectors.

“This nomination is recognition of the hard work the team has put in to achieve these results and I’d like to congratulate everyone at PVM for playing their part.”

The Fleet News Awards 2018 ceremony will take place on Wednesday 14 March at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London.
