Crème – a new café and deli – offers upmarket coffee and a selection of artisan muffins, sandwiches and pastries freshly baked on site every morning. The couple are expert baristas and use healthy, high-quality ingredients for their entire menu.
In anticipation of intu Broadmarsh’s redevelopment, the entrepreneurs who currently own popular and longstanding café Coffee Mug and Essence Salon and Nail Spa have now opened a third venture in the centre, building on their previous successes.
Neha Sharma, co-owner of Crème said: “Over the past five years, we have built a loyal following of regular customers, and although we will be closing Coffee Mug soon, we wanted to open a brand-new coffee shop to follow on from its success. Our customers would be gutted if we closed the café and had nowhere else to get their morning coffees! We’ve been at intu Broadmarsh for a number of years and are really pleased to open another business in one of Nottingham’s biggest shopping centres.
“We’ve received a lot of support from intu and its staff over the past few years. They continue to promote our businesses and tell the people of Nottingham where we are.”
Nigel Wheatley, general manager of the two intu centres in Nottingham said “We’re thrilled that Sid and Neha have chosen to keep their business at intu Broadmarsh and they saw the opportunity to grow their operations at the centre.
“Crème will be a great addition to the redevelopment, to which we’re continuing to add new and exciting retailers. We’re excited to start seeing the changes being made to the centre in 2018”.
