HIGH GROWTH WORKSHOPS HELP BUSINESSES PLAN FOR SUCCESS IN 2018

Nottingham-based High Growth has launched a series of workshops to help businesses create and implement a strategic plan to achieve sustained success in 2018.

The tailored High Growth Planning Workshops, split across two days, are designed for directors and senior leadership teams of businesses to learn about the process of strategic planning.

Businesses taking part in a workshop will be guided through the process to produce a documented single-page business plan with priorities for 2018, a defined business model defining critical success factors and core activities, as well as a quarterly implementation plan.

Stuart Ross, business coach and founder of High Growth, explained:

“Around this time of the year businesses start to think about planning and setting goals for the year ahead, but we find that very few actually do anything about it. This inspired us to launch the High Growth Planning Workshops to introduce a repeatable process which is fast, sustainable and – most importantly – has the power to transform businesses.

“When we start working with businesses, we find that many directors get caught up in the day-to-day running and rarely lift their heads to look at the direction of travel. This can lead to a feeling that they are not quite in control and, in turn, an overly reactive approach.

“Our workshops offer a rare, valuable opportunity to focus on the act of planning, rather than the plan itself, to develop a strategic process which can be repeated again and again as businesses grow and goals change.”

The workshops, which are bespoke for each company, run over two full days, which are recommended to take part within two weeks of each other. There are a range of options and venues available to deliver the sessions offsite, ensuring that distractions are avoided.
