Pendragon PLC Recruits for New Customer Service Roles in Dealerships

Pendragon PLC, one of the UK’s leading automotive online retailers, has introduced a new Customer Service Assistant role to its Evans Halshaw dealerships and Stratstone retailers.
The role is designed to deliver a better experience to customers, ensuring they are supported throughout their car-buying experience. The Customer Service Assistant isn’t a sales-focused position and is ideal for someone who wants to play an important part in ensuring the customer’s expectations are met.
The Assistant will work with the customer to ensure collection of their new or used vehicle is seamless and memorable. In addition, they will support the customer to help them understand more about their new vehicle. Working as part of a team, the Customer Service Assistant will liaise with sales and service colleagues on behalf of the customer, ensuring they get the best experience possible.
Evans Halshaw Peugeot Stourbridge is the latest dealership to advertise for the role and the successful candidate will be given an excellent opportunity to develop their customer service skills and progress into senior roles. All team members at Pendragon have access to the dedicated Pendragon Training Academy, where they can take advantage of quality training and support.
