THE BOTANIST SOWS THE SEEDS FOR SUCCESS IN WEST BRIDGFORD

The Botanist has now arrived in West Bridgford and is already taking root in the area’s vibrant food and drink scene.

Multi award-winning pub operator The New World Trading Company (NWTC) has officially opened the doors to its latest venue, offering guests an extensive menu of over 45 mystifying plant-based cocktails, an anthology of ales and mouth-watering dishes, including aromatic hanging kebabs and baked chocolate chip cookie dough.

To accompany the relaxed atmosphere and decadent food selections on offer, the venue plays host to live music every night of the week, ensuring guests can unwind while they drink and dine. The Botanist will also be bringing its popular Sunday Roasts which include  outdoor-reared roast pork belly and a variety of rotisserie-roasted dishes.

General manager at The Botanist in West Bridgford, David Derney, said: “We are thrilled to have finally opened the doors to our new venue. The team has worked really hard to get everything ready and we are delighted with the feedback we have had so far.

“Our official launch party was a fantastic way to celebrate the opening and it was great to see so many local residents and businesses supporting the venue and getting a first glimpse inside.

He added: “The Botanist adds a unique twist to the already established West Bridgford food and drink market and we hope the diverse food and drink menu will go down really well here.

“We are looking forward to welcoming our new customers, serving them mouth-watering food and demonstrating why our staple cocktail concoctions are so famous across the country.”

The new venue on Bridgford Road, takes the total to 15 in the NWTC’s collection of The Botanist bars, within an overall portfolio of 20 pub venues across the UK.

The Botanist’s doors are now officially open for business. Opening hours: Monday – Friday 12pm – 12am, Saturday 10am – 2am, Sunday 10am – 12am.
