Hallam rewards staff with company trip to Dublin

Nottingham based award-winning digital marketing and web design agency Hallam Internet, has celebrated a rapid period of growth by recently sending 44 staff for an all-expenses paid trip to Dublin.

The company away day in Dublin rewarded staff for their hard work and contribution to Hallam’s success this year. What better place to go for a digital agency, than to visit Google’s Europe, Middle East and Africa headquarters.

The trip began with a morning of talks at Google’s office, where Hallam staff received expert insight into machine learning, the growth of YouTube and the video landscape, and also got an exclusive insight into innovation at Google.

Staff then enjoyed a Viking bus tour of Dublin on land and sea, followed by a meal out and some drinks. The next day, Hallam employees had some free time to explore the sights, or find an Irish breakfast somewhere.

This is to mark huge growth in 2017. Since merging with web development agency BigSpring in March, Hallam has seen staff size almost double, celebrated numerous promotions, and welcomed new and exciting clients every month.

As well as being recognised in the industry with numerous high-profile award nominations, and award wins. This trip comes off the back of Hallam’s recent shortlist for two awards in this year’s prestigious Google Premier Partner Awards.

Susan Hallam, Managing Director at Hallam, said “It’s been great to watch the company grow in the past year. For the seventh consecutive month, we’ve had specialists joining to help enrich our services and grow Hallam.

“So, as a thank you to the fantastic staff here, we took two days out of the office to visit Dublin, an opportunity to visit Google HQ, and for everyone to get together and socialise across the whole company.”

Hallam provides digital marketing services to national and international B2C and B2B companies, including the United Nations, Raleigh, and The Money Shop. And earlier this year, Hallam merged with a premier designer and developer of web solutions to expand their digital offering. The newly formed company now employs almost 50 people and continues to operate under the Hallam brand.

Hallam continues to welcome new clients from a range of sectors, operating locally, nationally, and internationally.
