The East Midlands based technology firm will literally be getting behind the Green and Whites as the company’s logo will again proudly feature on the first team’s shorts during their 2017/18 Greene King IPA Championship and British Irish Cup campaigns.

Air‐IT have been involved with Nottingham Rugby for several years now and have been valued sponsors of the club since 2015, with the partnership continuing to grow and develop over the past three seasons.

Speaking about the club’s ongoing relationship with Air-IT, Steve Smith, General Manager of the Green and Whites said:

“We’re really privileged to be involved with such a fantastic local business, who really love their sport and value their connections with local clubs. Off the pitch, they continue to be a vital part of our team, helping drive our business forward with leading edge ICT solutions, as well as providing first class technical support, both off and on‐site.”

Air‐IT have also secured the 2017/18 Corporate Player Sponsorship of new signing Danny Qualter, who joined Nottingham from PRO14 side Connacht, over the summer.

Paul Judge, Marketing Director at Air‐IT added:

“We’re really proud to continue our support of the Green and Whites for the third consecutive year. Ian Costello and his team have put together a very exciting group of players this year, that have got off to a flying start at Rotherham, and it was great to see new signing Danny Qualter in the squad.

“We’re huge fans of local sports and it’s a real privilege to be working with a team steeped in so much history and be a part of their story. We’ll be getting down to the Bay to cheer the lads on as often as possible, and wish them every success in the season ahead.”

Air-IT have also agreed to carry on backing the Nottingham Rugby Academy for the new season, with the company logo prominently featuring on the back of the team jerseys.

Nottingham Rugby Academy was launched in 2015 to develop and support talented players from local clubs, schools and universities across the Midlands.

Thanks to the hard work of head coach Matt Everard and the team, the academy is going from strength to strength and is quickly becoming the envy of many rival Championship and Premiership clubs, having achieved victories over Wasps and Gloucester’s academy sides last season.
