Head Office Graduate Programme Rolls Out at Pendragon PLC

Pendragon PLC, the UK’s leading automotive online retailer, has launched a new central graduate programme designed to kick start the careers of budding graduates within a variety of specialisms.

Based at Pendragon PLC’s head office in Nottinghamshire, the Head Office Graduate Programme is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the running of a multi-million-pound business, whether that be managing used car stock of over 20,000 vehicles, planning a new digital campaign to target millions of potential customers or recruiting new faces into their 9,000-strong team member base.

Open to applicants who are degree qualified with at least a 2:1 award in a relevant subject, the areas of specialism include Marketing, HR and Operations, which covers projects, Business Development, Stock and Finance. The aim is for each graduate to progress to a leader or specialist position within 18 months of starting.

Graduates will work across one department and cover executive assistant duties and analysis, whilst reporting to their mentor, who will be available for support throughout the programme. In addition, graduates can expect to attend leadership meetings and work on project-based tasks.

Graduates will also receive dedicated training at the Pendragon Training Academy twice a year and attend a Graduate Conference to celebrate success with various leaders in the business.
