Ross Pepper, Jemma Page and Esther Samson have all joined the Midlands-based firm to boost the online and digital marketing expertise, helping to offer a wider range of services to clients.

Digital account manager Ross has a wealth of digital knowledge in both B2B and B2C environments, as well as SEO, PPC, social media and web design. He will be responsible for the management of both the company’s and various clients’ social media, digital channels, website development and other online support.

Ross said: “I am really excited to join Cartwright, and with a vast range of digital experience under my belt I am keen to bring my knowledge to best support the team and clients. Helping clients to get the most from digital media and creating high quality content is hugely important and I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in.”

Jemma Page, who is taking on the role as account executive, joins Cartwright as an experienced NCTJ journalist from the Nottingham Post.  Holding the position of senior reporter for the past two years, she played an important part in the expansion of the paper’s digital news offering.

Jemma said: “I can’t wait to get involved with both new and existing clients and help to achieve the best possible results. I’m really looking forward to utilising not only my writing skills as a qualified journalist but also my digital expertise to help assist the team in the strongest way I can.”

Esther Samson, who has joined Cartwright on her placement year at Sheffield Hallam University, has taken on the position of digital intern to kick-start her PR career. She will be supporting the digital team with social media and assisting with events and promotional activity for the PR agency.

Liz Cartwright, managing director at Cartwright Communications, said: “We are thrilled to have Ross, Jemma and Esther join the team to help strengthen our services and expertise, especially within the digital sector.

“With more clients looking to increase their digital offering, it is great to have such highly experienced people on board, to not only to help achieve excellent results for our clients but also deliver and execute creative campaigns and various digital marketing strategies.

“With more and more clients asking for advice on digital and social media services, it is great that we are able to offer that high level of expertise, particularly with Ross’ digital and website knowledge.”

With several new business wins this year, the award-winning agency is well over half way through a successful year, expanding its portfolio of developer clients, winning work from the National Justice Museum and Fastrack VIP as well as a number of high-level food and drink launches this year including Gusto and Brewhouse & Kitchen.

Liz added: “We have really stepped up this year, in terms of new staff additions, promotions and new business wins – it proves how hard we are working as a business and our dedication to achieving the best possible results for our clients.”
