Kim Morgan and Barefoot Coaching Ltd have been shortlisted for the Forward Ladies National Awards in the SME Emerging category in the Midlands region.

The Forward Ladies National Awards, sponsored by HSBC; bring together start-ups, multi-million pound businesses, academics and international business leaders. The SME Emerging category recognises growing businesses which have ten or fewer employees.

 

 

Kim comments: “I’m delighted to be shortlisted for a regional award, especially one that recognises the business achievements of women in so many different industries.”

Kim will attend the regional final at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, Birmingham on Friday 29th September. The winners from this, and the other regional finals, will then be invited to appear before a live panel of independent judges in November, followed by the national final in Leeds on 1st December.

Kim Morgan was one of the UK’s first executive business and personal coaches and is one of only 750 Master Certified Coaches worldwide. Kim is the author of The Coach’s Casebook: Mastering the Twelve Traits that Trap Us and the award-winning Barefoot Coaching Cards range. She is also a regular contributor to Psychologies Magazine, with a monthly column that takes a look into her coaching case histories. Kim founded Derbyshire-based Barefoot Coaching Ltd twenty years ago. The company provides academically and professionally accredited coach training on its flagship Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching, as well as offering a range of coaching options for individuals and companies.
