Nottingham Based Student Lettings Specialist Expands Team

FHP Student Living has appointed a new member of staff to its growing team following the opening of a new office on Shakespeare Street.

The student accommodation specialist has welcomed Anne Turner, who takes on the role of student property administrator.

With 20 years experience in financial services, including five years as a service manager with Experian. Anne, joins FHP Student Living from local solicitors Clayton Mott in West Bridgford.

Anne will manage a portfolio of properties across the city including, luxury student studios, Hydrogen. She will also support lettings negotiators and liaise directly with tenants and landlords to offer professional expertise and advice.

Commenting on her recent appointment, Anne said:

“As a parent to a current fourth-year university student, I have first-hand experience in helping to find my daughter the best student accommodation available to her and have dealt with the various queries that can arise. This helps me to guide students through the process from start to finish, providing the empathy and care needed to make the experience hassle free.”

Jonty Green, head of FHP Student Living, adds:

“We have had a great start to 2017 – With a higher demand for luxury properties, FHP Student Living has been able to provide this to students who are no longer settling for the stereotypical ‘dingy digs’. We are also beginning to see a shift in moving patterns across Nottingham, with students now edging closer to the city centre, rivalling traditional student areas such as Lenton and the Arboretum, and so this is something that we are adapting our lettings to.

“We are thrilled to have appointed a new member to the team, especially a new addition with so much great experience. FHP Student Living has a lot in store for the rest of 2017 and with Anne joining us as our new student property administrator, the new office is in safe hands.

“I look forward to seeing Anne in the office, and as a qualified holistic therapist, she will be a calming influence both to us, and the students of Nottingham.”
