New Hire Boosts Innes England Building Consultancy Team

MIDLANDS property consultancy Innes England has appointed Dave Seymour as an assistant building surveyor.

Dave joins the firm’s building consultancy team with a strong practical background, as well as experience at a multi-disciplinary surveying practice where he specialised in residential properties.

Dave said: “Innes England is a well-known and respected company in the Midlands and I am really looking forward to broadening my knowledge here. In my new role, I will be able to gain invaluable experience, especially as I have made the jump from residential to commercial property.”

Dave joined the property sector after graduating from Nottingham Trent University in 2015 with a master’s degree in building surveying. Before this, David worked as a joiner for over eight years, working in both the private and public sectors.

Based at the firm’s Nottingham office, Dave will work on building surveying projects across the East Midlands.

“I have experience of both joinery and residential property, so I am really looking forward to bringing a unique skillset to my work and the wider team. Everyone at Innes England is very supportive, which is reassuring for me as I plan to sit my APC very soon.”
