The Chamber's Annual Dinner is one of the most prestigious black-tie business events in the East Midlands. With over 500 guests from businesses in the region expected to attend, the dinner provides a fantastic platform to raise your profile and network with some of the most influential business leaders in the area.

Returning to the magnificent Roundhouse, Derby, for this special occasion with tickets including a welcome drinks reception, a four-course evening dinner and wine.

There will be two prestigious keynote speakers at this year’s dinner:

Baroness Eliza Manningham-Buller - As Head of the Security Service, Eliza dealt with the wake of 9/11 and a growing threat from Al-Qaeda. She doubled the size of MI5 and transformed their old approach to staff. In her own account of driving change in turbulent times, the Reith Lecturer shows that leadership is not about command and control, but vision and strategy: “You must be honest about difficulties, but demonstrate your confidence in the future and in your people".

Rt Hon Sir Patrick McLoughlin MP - Patrick is Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster. He was previously Secretary of State for Transport (2012-16) and has held a number of positions in Government, including Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department of Trade and Industry and Government Whip. In opposition, he served as Chief Whip from 2005 to 2010. He was appointed to the Privy Council in 2005. He served as Chief Whip in the coalition Government from May 2010 until September 2012.
