The company, which is based on Pride Park in Derby and has developments across the East Midlands, scooped the five-star builder award - Best Residential Development in Derbyshire for its scheme on the Broadway in Derby and was highly commended for its exciting new Weavers Point apartments on Lodge Lane in the city.

This year’s UK finals took place at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, in the presence of hundreds of the industry’s leading lights.

The International Property Awards were launched in 1995 and are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.

Awards are given for the quality of design, construction and presentation of individual properties and property developments, interiors, architecture and marketing. The awards are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines.

Recognition at these awards underlines the success of Radleigh’s developments over the past 12 months.

The Broadway development was recognised as the Best Derbyshire Development, featuring nine three, four, and five-bedroomed houses in a highly desirable location on the outskirts of the city.

Weavers Point 35 two-bedroom apartments close to the city’s vibrant Cathedral Quarter, which marked Radleigh’s return to the city living market, was recognised as a highly commended apartment scheme in Derbyshire.

Speaking of the company’s success at the 2016 International Property Awards, Tom Finnegan, joint managing director at the Radleigh Group, said:

“An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.  Receiving recognition at the highest possible level is testament to the hard work that our talented and experienced team has put into the design and construction of these two very diverse schemes, which proved hugely popular with homebuyers.”

Chris Neve, joint managing director at the Radleigh Group, added:

“2016 has been another busy and very successful year for Radleigh Homes, buying land and starting several new developments across the East Midlands.

We are opening two new sites in the new year and we are excited about 2017 and the high quality, award-winning products we will have to offer.”

Over the past three decades Radleigh Homes has established an unrivalled reputation for combining stunning design with highly sought after locations to create vibrant communities.
