Dip your business toes in the £1million pot

Staffordshire businesses can still access funding from a £1 million pot to help them grow and succeed.

The Chambers of Commerce have been supporting businesses through the Regional Growth Fund (RGF) since August 2013.

The fund has already helped 70 companies across Staffordshire with £7 million of grant funding. To date, this has helped to stimulate £54 million of private sector investment, creating 1323 jobs and safeguarding a further 417.

The grant provides gap funding for SMEs that wish to expand and create sustainable jobs.

RGF can be used for capital investment including premises expansion, new premises, plant machinery and infrastructure.

Chris Plant, Director at the Chambers, said:

“£1 million of RDG funding is still available to businesses in Staffordshire, which must be spent by March 2017.

“The fund can provide up to 20 per cent of your business’ capital expenditure costs. In my experience this is an excellent platform to access funding and Staffordshire Chambers will help you all the way through your application process. Get in touch now to see if your business is eligible for RGF funding.”
