Rainbows Receives Year Long Support From Nelsons

Nottingham's Nelsons Solicitors has announced its nominated charities of the year, to include Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People.

Every year, the East Midlands-based law firm chooses three nominated charities across its Nottingham, Leicester and Derby offices which help the local communities in each area.

Through various fundraising events Nelsons will be supporting Rainbows, which provides care and support to children and young people with terminal and life limiting illnesses and their families.

Chris Miller, managing partner at Nelsons, said:

“Rainbows is a truly inspirational charity, giving children a safe and calm place to spend much-needed quality time with their family and loved ones.

“We have also pledged support to Derby’s Macmillan Cancer Support and the Wymeswold Community First Responders in Leicester.

“It’s particularly important to us to support local charities as we’re able to see how the money raised directly benefits each charity. Last year we were proud to raise almost £5,000 for our nominated charities and hope to match and even exceed that total again this year.”
