Actons, the leading independent law firm in Nottingham, has appointed a new senior lawyer who joins the firms highly acclaimed Insolvency and Litigation teams, part of the thriving Dispute Resolution group.

Annabel who joins the firm from Fraser Brown qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2013.  She deals with all aspects of corporate recovery and insolvency, and advises businesses on resolving a range of commercial disputes.

Annabel’s appointment as an Associate at Actons adds further strength to the firms Insolvency practice, which has again been ranked in the top tier in the East Midlands by 2016 edition of The Legal 500, the independent guide to the legal profession.  The team is also ranked at Band 2 in the Chambers & Partners guide across the wider Midlands region.
