Fishers Dewes Boost Property Team

Law firm Fishers Dewes has boosted its property services with the appointment of two new team members.

                                                          Andrew West and Charlotte Lockton

Andrew West joins the firms Commercial Property team whilst Charlotte Lockton joins the Residential Property department.

Andrew is a Solicitor with over 25 years’ experience specialising in commercial property transactions. He is able to assist business owners with the purchase or lease of their business premises as well as advise clients on the disposal of assets, development projects and lease negotiations (both commercial landlords and tenants).

Charlotte is a Conveyancer, she joins having trained at a national conveyancing firm and is able to help clients through all aspects of their property transaction. She specialises in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases and can assist home movers, first time buyers, and buy to let investors.
