Exam Successes at Swindell & Pearson

Patent and trade mark attorney firm Swindell & Pearson is delighted to announce exam successes for patent advisor Simon Foster and trade mark Advisor Natalie Dyer.

Simon has passed the recent European Qualifying Examination and is now a European patent attorney whilst Natalie was awarded with the Postgraduate Certificate in Trade Marks Law and Practice from Queen Mary University of London, after passing her exams with distinction. In addition, intellectual property administrator James Newton recently passed the ITMA Trade Mark Administrators’ Exam.

Natalie’s excellent results also led to her being presented with the ‘Best Designs and Copyright Prize’ award by the University’s Examinations Board Committee.
