Cavendish Celebrates Lettings Agency Of The Year Award To Mark Tenth Anniversary

Nottingham based Cavendish Residential is celebrating its ten year anniversary, whilst picking up its fifth successive award at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards in association with The Sunday Times 2016.

It has been an extremely successful year for the agency, which has not only won The Best Single Office in the Midlands Award for the fifth consecutive year, but has undergone a full rebrand, and an office move, all within the last twelve months.

This latest gong has been timed with the agencies tenth anniversary celebrations, which will culminate in an office party held at its Lace Market premises on June 17^th.

The brainchild of Ali Baylav, the agency originally called Cavendish Lettings, was established back in 2006 at a hot-desk office, and has grown to become one of the city’s most progressive property businesses within the last ten years.

Moving into its new Lace Market premises was a huge move for our team. Managing Director of the Cavendish Residential Group, Ali said:

“It has been a fantastic ten years for everyone at Cavendish Residential. We previously shared an office with the Savills team, and we made great friends there during that period. Our team has been growing rapidly each and every year, inevitably requiring us to expand into larger premises.”

In August 2015, the agency underwent a full rebrand to incorporate Sales and Investment opporunities, in addition to offering its existing portfolio of lettings services.

Its aim was to provide services across the board within the residential property market, which ten months down the line, has been fully achieved.

The Cavendish Residential Group now comprises a sales arm and lettings division, which oversees more than 700 properties, as well as providing maintenance and investment services.

The consultancy’s latest achievement was bringing home The Lettings Agency of the Year Award, which culminated in a glittering awards ceremony held in the opulent Nine Kings Suite at The Lancaster London Hotel on 10th June 2016.

The very best lettings agents from throughout the UK gathered to find out who has been judged to be the best of the best.  Cavendish Residential brought home The Best Single Office in the Midlands Award.

“In October I will have been at Cavendish for five years. I first joined as a Maintenance Co-ordinator before being promoted to Head of Maintenance in 2013 as the business had continued to grow and we had more properties to manage.

“It’s been a very exciting five years to be at Cavendish, with the office move, the addition of the sales and maintenance teams and to see all the new members of staff joining. The future plans are equally as exciting and I am looking forward to being a part of more successful years with our team.”
