New home for Edmond Shipway in Birmingham

Leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, Edmond Shipway, has announced it is to move its Birmingham operation into larger premises to accommodate an expanding workforce, following a number of new appointments and project wins.

The firm is to relocate from its offices at 5 George Road in Edgebaston having tripled staff numbers in the city over the past 12 months. Recent appointments include Mark Lathwood as senior quantity surveyor and Craig Stephenson as project manager, both of whom bring a wealth of experience to their respective roles.  

The team has been expanding steadily in order to manage an increasing workload across the midlands and beyond. The office has recently been awarded contracts for major retailer The Hut Group, restaurant operator Casual Dining Group and leading investment firm, Blackstone, amongst others.

The new office is located at; Seymour House, 15a Frederick Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 1JD.
