Meet the team off to MIPIM 2016

Environmental consultants, Delta-Simons, will once again be attending MIPIM 2016 in Cannes next month, along with around 22,500 investors and property professionals for the world’s largest property and investment fair. 

MIPIM gathers the most influential international property professionals from all sectors for four days of networking, learning and transaction.  Some of the Delta-Simons team are there to represent Team Lincolnshire, a group of business leaders from around the county to showcase the region and win investment at what has been called the world cup of real estate.

 

Meet the team from Delta-Simons going to this influential event:

 

 

Alex Ferguson is Managing Director at Delta-Simons.  Alex has been working with Delta-Simons key customers since joining in 2001, delivering multidisciplinary solutions for UK and international developers. In this time he has gained extensive experience and knowledge of a wide range of property acquisition, development and divestiture projects. Alex has a keen commercial awareness of how to create value from brownfield land challenges and is working with property clients to integrate sustainability and ‘wellness’ considerations into the property sector.  Alex is part of Team Lincolnshire.

Simon Brown is an Executive Director and a highly experienced consultant in due diligence and asset management services, with focus in the commercial/industrial sector and has advised on billions of pounds-worth of projects all over the world for a variety of top-level clients.

Simon and his team are responsible for delivering solutions to ground risk problems for clients involved with due diligence, property transaction, asset management and the Mergers & Acquisitions Market on a national and international basis.

 
   
 
 

Paul Bennett is Unit Director for the Midlands region, having originally joined Delta-Simons in 1996 as an Environmental Scientist.

Paul provides consultancy advice on in-ground risk including contaminated land, geotechnics and ecology to developers, advising on feasibility, planning, designing and managing multi-disciplinary projects on commercial, industrial and residential land uses.

Paul is part of Team Lincolnshire and Dynamic Lincoln.

 
   
 
 

Alan Crossfield is a Unit Director and leads the Transaction Support team.  Working in the property sector for 22 years, Alan's main areas of expertise are in contaminated land assessment within the Real Estate Investments and M&A sectors; advising developers, owner/occupiers and institutional investors on a range of environmental due diligence subjects, including contaminated land liabilities, flood risk, EHS compliance, energy and sustainability.

Alan also advises multinational clients on real estate and M&A projects outside the UK, partnering with our Inogen® Associates.

 
   
 
  Damian Robinson is an Executive Director with divisional responsibility for our Environmental Planning and Ecology team.  He is an experienced Projects Director and was part a senior management team at a previous global consultancy that won Acquisition Monthly's Environmental Advisor of the Year award, three years out of five. His career started as a remediation engineer on brownfield site remediation schemes and evolved into delivery of multi-jurisdictional M&A EHS, sustainability and real estate due diligence projects on behalf of investor and blue chip clients during a professional career approaching 20 years.
