Ed Morton Named 2015 SVC Individual of the Year

At a gala awards evening in London, Ed Morton the Founder and Managing Director of Axess Systems was announced as the winner of the 2015 SVC Individual of the Year.

Why should you care that Ed’s won an award?

We’re surrounded by technology and many of us are responsible for its proliferation in our workplace. When it’s all working well, life is just fine. But often, when it all goes wrong you need someone to help.

A real person, not an automated switchboard or a call logger.

Someone you trust and talk to. Someone with the experience and knowledge to get you back to where you need to be.

And that’s why you should care.

Because in this virtual world, companies that could be truly labelled ‘helpful’ or ‘trustworthy’ are few and far between.

And Ed has won this award for being helpful and trustworthy and for building Axess Systems around those values.

He won because his clients voted for him. The people who best know how Ed does business.

Commenting on the award Ed said:

“Whilst I’m absolutely chuffed to be recognised in this manner, it’s not just about me. It’s about the great team of people I have at Axess Systems, our clients and our channel partners. And I feel that’s why people have taken the time to vote for me.”

And if you’re still wondering what the award means to you?

Well, you can now be sure that Axess Systems take their customer service seriously. They’ll look after you and make sure you get the best return from your IT investment.

Axess take the time to explain the benefits and the pitfalls, in plain and simple language. And then have the technical skills to deliver a focussed and personal customer service.

That’s what you need from us and you can be sure we’ll deliver.

The Future

Axess has big expansion plans for 2016. With investment already made in storage infrastructure, you will benefit from increased business continuity and data protection.

We’ve been running Managed Cloud Services for five years, alongside our core virtualisation services. However, I feel this is the year where our determination to provide great customer service, and not just the cheapest price will see the company take off.
