Nottingham HR Agency Peaks Distribution Firm’s Interest

A Nottingham based HR agency has landed a brand new contract to provide support to Polydist UK, after the polymer distribution firm read about Peak HR in the local media.

The firm’s managing director, Cheryl Willey met with Polydist UK’s finance director and offered a free HR Audit of existing practices and compiled a detailed report, which resulted in the firm assisting Polydist UK with the administration of employees on maternity leave as well as helping to recruit an administrator for the company.

Burton-upon-Trent based Polydist UK was impressed that Peak HR offered face to face and hands on practical advice rather than remote telephone support and after receiving the detailed report, decided to sign on the dotted line with the agency.

Managing director at Peak HR, Cheryl Willey said:

“We are over the moon to be working with PolydistUK and assisting the firm with all of its human resources requirements."

“Maria, Polydist UK’s finance director got in touch after reading about the launch of Peak HR in the local press and arranged a meeting. We offered her a free HR audit of existing practices and compiled a detailed report to discuss how we could help the firm and they decided to come on board with us.”

Peak HR provides assistance across the full human resources spectrum and supports businesses either as a retained in-house HR team, on a project-by-project basis or even remotely with guidance provided by telephone or email.

Cheryl added:

“We are delighted with the successful relationship ourselves and Polydist UK have already formed and it has been a fantastic year at Peak HR but we are showing no sign of slowing down as we are getting closer to the end of the year."

“New rulings on pensions, the National Living Wage and Shared Parental Leave are just a few examples of the ever changing laws that employers need to be aware of and we can offer advice and guidance on any of it.”
