Best Regional Estate Agent Proves a Hit at US Conference

Best Regional Estate Agent, Pygott and Crone have picked up an international gong after successfully winning seven major industry awards in 2014.

The growing property agent was awarded a commemorative silver platter and the title of Relocation Agent Network Agent of the Year at the Cartus Broker Network International Conference in California earlier this year.

Pygott & Crone beat competition from across the UK to take the prize and adds the achievement to a burgeoning mantel of accolades that include The Times and The Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Award and The UK Property Awards Best Real Estate Agency Lincolnshire.

Kevin Scrupps, senior partner at Pygott & Crone said it was a real achievement to represent the UK’s property market in front of 700 US real-estate professionals. “I’m so proud of everything we have achieved and it’s brilliant to be recognised both on a national and international stage for high-quality, customer care and professionalism.

“Our team was able to learn a lot from the international conference and whilst the USA real estate market operates in a very different way to the UK, there are many things they do which can support the growth of the UK property market.”

The Relocation Agent Network Award recognises customer care, professionalism, experience, effective property sales and local reputation – Richard Tucker, managing director of the Relocation Agent Network said: “This year’s event was definitely one of the best yet.

“The keynote speakers and workshops proved to be very educational and it was great to see Pygott &Crone receive recognition for their achievements in front of such a distinguished group of over 700 US real estate delegates.”

The three-day conference from the 10 March – 12 March offers likeminded delegates from across the world the opportunity to come together to celebrate success and learn about new trends in the economy affecting in the property market and networking.
