About Mike Wallis

Mike is Executive Chairman of Spatial Global, a main Board Director of parent company The Keswick Enterprises Group, and Director of Romania-based logistics service provider Tibbett Logistics, employing over 1000 people.

His experience in the management import and export supply chain and the ‘real world’ of businesses who depend upon overseas trade will provide an insight into how the industry is gearing up for the impact of the UK outside the EU. He will highlight the opportunities to businesses in the East Midlands.

A hands-on manager, Mike has a degree in Law and immense experience in the worlds of freight and logistics.

His clients have included some of the world's most interesting companies, including Walmart, Marks and Spencer, Sainsbury's, Unilever, Woolworth's South Africa, Coles Myers Australia, B&Q and Whitbread.

 
 

With Board-level responsibility for Spatial Global since its acquisition in 2006, Mike stepped in as Executive Chairman in 2015. At Tibbett Logistics, which employs around 1000 people in Romania, Mike's responsibilities include the transfer of best practice and the personal coaching of local management. At Graphene Partners he leads some of the transformation projects that the business handles in Central and Eastern Europe. He is also retained as strategic advisor to three European companies – a retailer in Poland, a logistics service provider in Serbia and another retailer in Serbia.
